impossible to audit. Around 1% of spreadsheet formula cells contain errors, and close
to 40% of permit rejections trace back to simple human error. Every figure here is
computed rather than copied, and checked by an automated test suite that runs
on every build and blocks publication if anything disagrees with the governing standard. The
method is shown in full so you can audit it yourself.
